Safaris and day trips from the Kenyan coast

As of 28 October 2026, Kenya Wildlife Service lists non-resident adult fees of USD 80 for Tsavo East and Tsavo West, USD 90 for Amboseli and USD 25 for Kisite-Mpunguti, with lower child rates. These fees were introduced on 1 October 2025 and challenged in court, so we always confirm the amount that applies.

Tell us your group size when you ask for a quote and we'll confirm whether the trip is private or shared and what the price covers. Our from-prices show their basis, for example "per person, minimum 4 people sharing".

Never guaranteed. Elephants and buffalo are common, lions are regularly seen in Tsavo East, and leopards and rhinos are harder to find. Your guide will spend the day looking for as much as possible.
