Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use our enquiry forms, why, and your rights under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 and, for visitors from the EU and UK, the GDPR. It is a working draft that the business must review and approve before launch.

What we collect

Name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, travel dates, group size and children's ages, where you're staying, residency (which affects park fees) and any message you write. We also record the page you enquired from and campaign parameters in the link you used.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. With your separate permission, to send occasional safari tips and offers. Our basis for replying to an enquiry is taking steps at your request before a contract.

Who processes it

Our hosting provider, our email delivery service and our customer-records tool process enquiry data on our behalf. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also receives usage data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to handle your request and our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to tsavotrails@gmail.com.
